An important Italian Company, structured internationally with hundreds of stores, has charged Suitex to select the HR Specialist Retail based in Germany.
Responsibilities and duties of the HR Specialist:
- Creation of the entire candidate search and selection process shared with sales managers
- Manage ad campaigns across all internal and external channels
- Active search and screening of CVs through the various channels and scouting in the area
- Interviews and candidate placement in the Company
- Knowledge of the retail evaluation and training system
- Onboarding Policy Management
HR Specialist Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in the role of recruiter in a Retail Company
- Knowledge of computer systems in particular Office and Google Drive
- Residence in one of the cities of the Country Germany: Berlin, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Munich, Nuremberg, Stuttgart
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a relevant master’s degree will be considered a plus
- Knowledge of German, English. Italian will be considered a plus
- Knowledge of the German territory
