Main Responsibilities
- To achieve sales & sell-through objectives for the business at country level.
- To propose and implement adequate commercial actions to increase the business.
- To formulate and coordinate launching plans and follow-up strategies for the business.
- To organize and manage adequate buying, transfer and reorder policy.
- To organize and conduct the products trainings and find new initiatives to animate the stores community.
- To collaborate with the Logistics Department to ensure that all conditions are met for a smooth delivery process.
- To work with the Visual Merchandising Department to define commercial priorities, ensuring products visibility.
- To collaborate with PR Office to give visibility to the products.
Profile
Requirements
- At least 10 years extensive experience in merchandising.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to communicate, convince in writing and verbal.
- Good leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop team.
- Professional presentation skill.
- Open, modern, curious, communicative, action-oriented.
- Sensitivity to product and passion for luxury goods.
- Strong knowledge of Office (Excel, Power Point).
- Proficiency in English.
