The candidate will maximize online sales and repeat customers through phone/email communication. He/she has to provide exceptional online customer service support. He/she will manage verification of orders and ensure timely fulfilment and resolve order-related issues by liaising between client and internal/external groups (warehouse/UPS/repairs). He/she will identify opportunities, seek new initiatives, and participate in the development of functional and service enhancements in order to maximize sales

We are looking for someone who has reliability, flexibility and operational readiness. The candidate has to identify with the brand and it‘s products.

A luxury eCommerce sales and customer service experience is a must, together with fluency in verbal and written German and English. He/she has to be proficient in the use of IT systems, both customer service specific and windows packages.
