For one of the biggest worldwide luxury group we are searching the Spain Director of Luxury Footwear Industrialization.

Summary: Reporting to the General Manager, he/she will play a key role in creating a synergic Supply Chain quality function, leading the development and implementation of quality culture strategies across all the Service Providers and Suppliers in Spain. He/she will lead overall product integrity process to ensure that products are produced in accordance with design and product specifications to meet the requirements in quality standards, being accountable for all the procedures during footwear industrialization –  new last, construction, fitting assessment,  grading, extreme sizes, pre-production trial – and production – incoming material checking, pilot lot, in line inspection, final inspection –  phases to ensure the level of quality in all aspects requested by the brand, including risk assessment, lab test, wear test and legislative requirements.

He/she will implement robust processes for a long-term quality vision and with necessary foundations in place with respect to people, process, tools, peers to achieve brand goals of quality. Use of quality data, for identifying gaps and opportunities of improvements, developing, and implementing effective process to address quality flaws to guaranty that product integrity standards are in place.

As a key member in the Supply Chain team, he/she partners and collaborates cross-functionally with partners across the production office and with the international teams in Design, Merchandising, Planning & Logistics, Global Buying and Finance.

• 10 + years’ experience in Luxury Footwear brand in multiple supply chain capacities
• Bachelor’s / College degree or equivalent
• Proven experience and deep knowledge in technical last measurements, constructions, industrialization, pre-production trials, and quality assurance.
• Quality Assurance and Product Integrity reporting and data interpretation. Deep knowledge of quality improvements and solutions tools.
